understanding and supporting
literacy infographics
associated with merc
Associated with the Metropolitan Educational Research Consortium based in Richmond, Virginia, VCU's School of Education contacted me about creating four infographics to help parents stay up-to-date on learning techniques for their students throughout the summer months.
As a request to keep these infographics mainly visual, I drew multiple
digital illustrations that lived in an Interactive PDF and were linked to larger areas of information.
This highly interactive series of infographics provide an effective way to easily communicate with parents without overloading them with
too much textual information, increasing the number of interactions.
This project was made though
the month of May 2021.

Each infographic contains multiple sections of visuals, allowing the viewer to click through buttons that access textual information, videos, and links located throughout the MERC website.
Created in Adobe InDesign and illustrated in Procreate, each individual infographic contains bold colors, effective text hierarchy, illustrated symbols, interactive "?" buttons, and hidden text boxes.

Four visuals were created to act as a starting point on the website. Once selected, each image will lead the viewer to the corresponding infographic.
